Home delivery

We ship via Serbian Post – Post Express, usually the next business day after shipment confirmation. During peak periods minor delays are possible.

Shipping cost depends on total weight. If items are split into multiple boxes, we still charge a single fee based on total weight, calculated at checkout.

All parcels are sent with declared value—pay only the amount shown on the delivery slip you sign.

After dispatch you receive an email with a tracking link and number to follow the shipment status.

Consumer protection

We must deliver within the agreed term (max 30 days unless otherwise agreed), in the agreed quantity and quality, with written confirmation of handover.

The delivery term is stated on your invoice; leaving goods at the doorstep does not count as proper delivery.

We provide instructions and accompanying information in Serbian in a clear, understandable way.

If timely delivery is essential and we fail to deliver within the agreed or reasonable additional term, the contract is terminated and any payment is refunded within three days.

Delivery within Serbia

In‑stock orders are prepared and shipped on business days until 12h; orders after 12h ship the next business day. Typical delivery is 1–3 business days (no weekend delivery).

Please check the parcel in front of the courier. Report any damage to us or directly to Post Express so we can resolve it.
