Purchasing
Browse the catalog, add items to cart, then confirm via “Order”. All orders depend on stock availability. Payment options: cash on delivery, bank transfer, or online card payment.
Delivery
In-stock orders ship on business days until 12h. Typical delivery is 1–3 business days via courier; holiday periods may cause delays.
If an item is out of stock, we can hold the order until it is available.
Shipping is weight-based; prices include VAT (20%) and no extra fees.
Payment security
Card data is transmitted with 128-bit encryption and never displayed on-site. Processing is handled by an authorized payment processor.
All payments are processed in RSD. Charges are converted using the NBS rate, then your card network rate, which may create minor differences.
Complaints and conformity
You can submit a complaint via email, phone, or mail. You receive an acknowledgment immediately and a decision within 8 days. Resolution is provided within 15 days per consumer protection law.
Goods are delivered in conformity with the contract; you may seek repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract termination under applicable law if nonconformity occurs.
You may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. Return shipping is at your cost unless stated otherwise.
